Anniversary of MLK speech

If it is indeed true that people’s awareness of history begins with their birth, it’s no wonder that generations who were not around to watch Martin Luther King, Jr.’s landmark “I have a dream” speech, are unaware MLK was a Republican.

So before you bring out the kleenexes tonight and identify the D party with MLK’s dream, read this.

While you’re at it, can you say “George Wallace”?
